Πιστή στον πολυσυλλεκτικό της χαρακτήρα, η φετινή Photometria εξερευνά τη βαθύτερη επίδραση της ποπ κουλτούρας στον σύγχρονο κόσμο. Όπως πάντα, το φεστιβάλ προάγει τον πολιτιστικό διάλογο μέσα από παράλληλες εκθέσεις που δεν εντάσσονται στην κεντρική θεματική, διαλέξεις δράσεις και συνεργασίες με σημαντικούς φορείς του οπτικού πολιτισμού.

For the seventeenth consecutive year, the city of Ioannina in Greece welcomes the global photography community from September 27 to November 30, with free entrance for all.

Keeping in line with its multidisciplinary approach, this year’s Photometria explores the deeper impact of pop culture on the modern world. As always, the festival promotes cultural dialogue through parallel exhibitions that are not part of the main theme, lectures, activities, and collaborations with important visual culture institutions.
